Players from as young as 4 right through to open-age adults. The Miles Ahead Method has three tiers built around this: The Adventure Begins (ages 4–7), Starter (7–10), and Full (10+) — each with goals and sessions pitched at that stage.

Yes. I’m DBS-checked and I’m the designated Safeguarding Lead for Miles Ahead Football, so safeguarding isn’t an afterthought — it’s built into how every session runs.

Location varies depending on availability and what suits you best — we’ll confirm the exact venue with you before every session.

1-to-1 is one player, one coach, total focus on that individual player’s game. Small Group Sessions (up to 4 players) run the same method and the same intensity, shared across a small group — a good option if your player thrives on a bit of friendly competition or wants to train alongside friends.

Yes. There’s no obligation to book a course of sessions. If the first session isn’t right for your player, let us know and we’ll refund it — no argument.
